Small house. Early C19. Coursed rubble with granite quoins;
dry slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; brick end stacks.
Double-depth plan including rear extension. Gothic style
windows. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. Pointed
arches: C20-copy sashes with glazing bars intersecting to the
heads; central porch with slate-hung gable; C20 6-panel door.
