Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick; steeply-pitched hipped plain tile
roof; 2 brick ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range: 6/6 sashes in
broad beaded cases, under brick segmental arches; 3/3 sashes
to second floor. Deep plastered eaves. Central late C19 brick
and timber gabled porch with half-glazed double doors under
pierced bargeboards and finial; contains part-glazed 6-panel
door and fanlight with glazing bars, in panelled round-headed
case, under moulded wood open pediment hood on consoles with
guttae, and panelled pilasters.
Left returned side: 6/6 sash, blocked opening and fixed light
with old glass; C19 metal casements and lattice-glazed light;
C20 door and side light.
Right returned side: 2 6/6 sashes; cross-window; 2-light metal
casements; brick bay window under plain tile pentice roof.
Wing to rear with brick end stack: 2 and 4-light casements; 6
fielded-panel door under stone flat hood on cast-iron
brackets.
INTERIOR: staircase with stick-balusters and colonette newels;
6-panel doors; fireplace.
