House. Late C17 with later alterations and additions.
Timber-frame with partial brick skin; machine-tiled roofs.
L-shaped plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window north-east wing towards road. C20
door within C18 doorcase with triglyph frieze on moulded
brackets. 2 windows on ground floor and one on first floor are
set into right-hand half of elevation only: they are renewed
ovolo-moulded mullioned windows of 2 and 3 lights, otherwise
C20 casements. South-east gable has a renewed 3-light
ovolo-moulded casement to ground floor, a C20 2-light casement
on first floor and shouldered gable head. To the north west
there is a lower 2-storey extension with outshuts and 2 ridge
stacks.
South wing 2 storeys, 3 windows with central 6-panelled door
behind C20 trellis porch and three 2-light ovolo-moulded
first-floor casements. Internal gable-end stack to south is
C20. Ridge stack right of centre rebuilt in C20 on remains of
C17 square panelled plinth.
