House. Mid-late C18. Coursed limestone rubble, formerly
limewashed, with brick gable stacks and stone slate roof.
Single-depth plan with rear central stair tower.
2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Timber lintels to a left
of centre doorway with C20 door, left-hand 2-light and
right-hand 3-light C19 casements, and central raking dormer
with 2 casements. Gabled full-height rear stair tower with C20
extension to the side.
INTERIOR: largely late C20, including stairs.
Formerly listed in error as No.37 Bricks Hill.
