House, now shop and garage. Mid C18, altered mid C19 and early
C20. Limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and a stone
slate roof. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. A parapeted front with
the ground-floor largely removed, garage entrance to the right
and office to the left; timber lintels to 6/6-pane first-floor
sashes in exposed boxes, and 2 gabled casement dormers.
Attached to the fascia are 3 early petrol-pump feed lines.
INTERIOR: ground-floor completely re-modelled.
HISTORICAL NOTE: reported to have been a watchmaker's shop in
early C19.
