Formerly two houses, extended to rear. Early C17, extended C18, unified and refronted early C19. Limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and two stone slate roofs of different height. Single-depth plan with rear right-hand wing.

EXTERIOR: two storeys; four window range. The right-hand section has a higher roofline, with gable stacks each end, with a central through-passage, the two sections unified behind a C19 front with a tall parapet. Timber lintels to two canted left-hand shop bays, each with adjoining windows to their right, two first-floor windows, with a left-hand first-floor 10/10-pane sash in exposed frame, and C20 casements; a right-hand doorway within the passage. No.113 to the rear is rendered, with late C20 windows and door.

INTERIOR: altered mid C20, a low cellar with a tunnel cut into the rock at the front, roof partly obscured, with C20 purlins. Left-hand and rear range Nos 115 and 113.
