House. Late C18. Limestone rubble with right-hand brick gable
stack and stone slate roof. 2-room plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintels to a left-hand
doorway with half-glazed door, late C19 tripartite
ground-floor plate-glass sashes, and small first-floor
plate-glass sashes.
INTERIOR: extensively remodelled late C20.
Formerly listed in error as No.48 St Dennis Lane.
