House. Early C19. Painted stucco, steeply-pitched thatched
roof with a wide stack to the rear centre. Originally 3-room
plan, now L-plan, enlarged after a fire. Picturesque Gothic
style.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; symmetrical 3-window
range. The east front facing the sea has a fretted eaves board
over a central later C19 2-light casement window with margin
panes and Gothic tracery to the overlight; the apron is
panelled wood, probably the former door, flanked by 6/6-pane
sash windows. The central gabled dormer has a similar window
to the one below.
The left return has one 6/6-pane sash window and C20 door and
window. C19 casements to the rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
