House, now offices. C17, with C19 front block. Timber-frame,
stuccoed, with brown stock brick west flank wall, and
weatherboarded and plastered 2-storey rear outshoot; Welsh
slated front roof, old tile roofed outshoot, brown brick
chimneystacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, front elevation has 2 flush-set 12-pane
sash windows with architrave surround first and ground floors,
the latter being of squatter proportions. Front entrance now
taken through door in twitchell alongside ground floor of
No.24 adjoining (qv).
INTERIOR: not inspected.
