House, now pair of shops. Late C18 with C19 and C20
alterations. Well coursed and squared stone to ground floor,
brick above; slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 4 storeys, 2-window range. Inserted shop fronts,
with remains of a late C19 front in No.9, late C20 rebuilding
in No.10. 16-pane sash windows to first and second storeys,
with continuous cill bands and flat-arched heads. Windows
renewed in original openings in attic storey. Moulded wood
eaves cornice; coped gables with end wall stacks.
