House. Possibly originally built as assembly room for Swan
Hotel, St Edward Street (qv); now partially used by hotel, the
lower storey disused. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork with
blue headers and hipped Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single-window range. Central 6-panelled
door in plain wood architrave formerly flanked by canted bay
windows, only one of which now survives. Big oriel bay window
to first floor. Modillion eaves cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
