House and attached front boundary wall, c.1840 with later alterations and re-furbished in 1996. Finely-jointed red brick, laid to Flemish bond, rising from a low stone plinth. Welsh slated roof: with 2 substantial brick stacks set below the ridge on the front roof slope. Double-depth plan, of 2 storeys with attics. Symmetrical front, with wide, semi-circular headed doorway with false double door of 6 panels beneath a glazed overlight. Flanking narrow half-glazed panels light vestibule. On either side of doorway, hornless glazing bar sash windows to each floor, 8 over 8 panes, beneath painted wedge lintols. Central first floor sash window, 6 over 6 panes. INTERIOR; double depth plan form litde disturbed, retaining panelled doors,moulded architraves and skirtings, moulded plaster cornices and archways,dogleg staircase with turned balusters, and a tall stair window with margin glazing. Patterned encaustic tile floor to hallway. Low ashlar front boundary wall with saddleback coping and brick end pier to right,stone pier to left. Plain late C20 railings and gate.
