House. Late C18. Painted Flemish bond brick with stone
dressings, 2 rear lateral stacks, and a tiled roof.
PLAN: 2-room with lower parallel rear service range.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Symmetrical
parapeted front has steps up to a central doorway with
architrave and 6-panel door with glazed top panels, flanking
canted 3-light bays, beneath a full-width moulded timber
cornice; first-floor 2/2-pane sashes with cambered heads. The
basement has small flat-arched windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value as part of a varied terrace of early
C19 houses.
