House. Early C19. Painted Flemish-bond brick, hipped slate
roof with large central brick ridge stack. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 windows and door to
the front and ground-floor rear. Early C19 2nd-floor windows
are 3/6-panes, 6/6-panes and 4/4-panes to the 1st floor. Brick
dentil cornice and wrought-iron bracketed gutter. To the
ground-floor left is a semicircular arch over a public
footpath passage leading to the churchyard, to the right is a
similar arch over a set-back door.
INTERIOR: a segmental arch at the foot of the stairs to the
right has reeded moulding, with a similar wider arch to the
1st floor. Some moulded architraves and reeded cornice to the
1st floor, turned newels to boarded-in stick balusters and a
painted stone fireplace to the 2nd floor.
