Pair of semi-detached cottages, part of a group of 17 cottages
on both sides of the road. Mid C19. Limestone rubble,
continuous triple-Roman tile roof with 2 moulded brick ridge
stacks. Vernacular Revival style. Single-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with half-dormers to attics; 3-window
range. 3 forward-facing gables, that to the centre is slightly
larger over a slightly recessed panel with a timber lintel and
timber columns flanking C20 doors. C19 and C20 two and 3-light
windows, those to the ground floor with segmental arches.
Single-storey canted bays with hipped stone slate roofs to the
returns.
