Farmhouse. Early to mid C19. Rendered and painted brick, and red brick;
slated roofs with large rear stack to left hand, ridge stack and end stack to
right hand. Two storeys with recessed service wing to north and single storey
range. Three symmetrical bays to main range with entrance approached by stone
steps; Tuscan portico with plain entablature and pierced cast iron
balustraded parapet. Fanlight with interlacing glazing bars in four-centred
head, double glazed doors with geometric patterned lights. Two flanking
twelve-paned hung sash windows with side lights, and three first floor
twelve-paned hung sash windows. Hipped roof to main range.
