Early C17 house. Timber framed on a T-plan and fronted with painted brick laid
in Flemish bond. Roofs ridged and gabled with hipped crosswing and one red brick
chimney stack central to the long range and one against north wall of north wing.
Ground storey has a range of 4 pairs of 10 pane hornless sash windows under segmental
brick arches. First storey has matching pairs of 8-pane sashes in vertical
alignment. Eaves, troughing and hipped outshut against north end. Inside heavy
chamfered oak frame that does not relate to fenestration or existing levels.
Corner cupboard with pierced gothic details in room at south-east ground storey.
