Cottage in row. C18, modified C19. Local lias stone, Ham stone eaves course; Welsh slate roof with plain south-west
gable, abutment to south-east brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Plinth, band and eaves courses; 12-pane sash
windows under thin stone lintols; to lower bay 1 a C20 door and plain fanlight in segmental arched opening with deep
dovetailed false keystoned lintol. Interior not seen.
