1909. Architect W Campbell Jones. The style is florid Edwardian Neo-Beroque.
3 storeys, the ground floor rusticated Portland stone. Slate roof with stone
balustraded parapet. Central curved open pediment with round window. Elaborate
cornice with brackets. 10 engaged columns through 2nd and 3rd floors (8 coupled)
with modified Ionic capitals. 3 windows in all. The 3 centre windows are
3 light sashes. Swag moulding between the windows of the 1st and 2nd floors.
The ground flow has 5 round-headed arches, 1 forming the door, another a passage
and the rest shopfronts.
