Single cottage, now pair of cottages. Mid C18 with later C18
extension and C19 additions. Red brick. Pantile roof, hipped to
the right with a raised and C20 brick coped gable with kneeler to
the left. Single red brick stacks to left gable, ridge and
lateral stack to right. The ridge stack marking the extent of
the original cottage. Dentil, raised brick and dogtooth eaves
band. 2 storeys, 5 bays with a first floor band, the right
single bay being a later C18 extension. Single central
tripartite glazing bar casement, either side are single gabled
C19 porches with pointed arched entrances with inner plank door
to the left and C20 door to the right. To the left and right are
single similar casements, all ground floor casements are under
segmental arches. Above are 2 small tripartite glazing bar
casements with a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash to the left
and further left a single similar casement. To the rear are 2
storey and lean-to extensions.
