Early C19 house, painted brick with grey slate hipped roof. Two storeys. West
front has 3 window range, double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars.
Modern single storey extension on north with hipped slate roof and modern casements.
Square plan with internal red brick chimney stacks. Early C19 staircase with
stick balusters and moulded and wreathed handrail. Two storey west wing in
painted brick, also early C19, with grey slate roof. One window range double
hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. North wall has 3 window range
double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars, with 2 blocked at ground
floor one of which has semi-circular head. Central circular window above.
Modern single storey extension to south. Windows in main block have original
folding shutters, and in west wing vertically sliding shutters.
