House dated 1832, barn dated 1852. Farmhouse and barn in one range. Hammer
dressed stone (part rendered). Pitched stone slate roof. Moulded footstones.
Two ashlar stacks. Two storeys. South elevation: Ground floor: one 6-light
stone mullioned window (recessed) with central king mullion; one 3-light stone
mullioned window (recessed). First floor: one 13-light stone mullioned window
(several lights blocked and 1 mullion removed). To west is single storey lean-to
extension and 2-storey lean-to extension with catslide roof. East gable: Ground
floor: lean-to extension. Footstone to south-east corner has date 1832. West
gable (barn): footstone at south-west corner has date 1852.
