Semi-detached villas. c1830 Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stock brick with stucco dressings; slate roof. Italianate-Grecian of similar
design to Nos 19 to 22 consec q.v. 2 storeys on basement. 4 windows wide in
all. Doorways in outer bays approached by steps; panelled doors with fanlights
and architraves with cornices over on console-brackets. Recessed sashes in
architraves, tripartite with consoled cornices on ground floor. Overhanging
eaves on shaped. consoles to low pitch hipped roofs. Central chimney stacks.
Similar villa type to the adjoining Eyre Estate.
