Farmhouse, now house. Built c.1790 for Thomas Jaggard. Flemish bond red brick;
gabled pantile roof; brick end stacks. 2-unit plan with central staircase and rear
outshut. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range. Panelled door with mid C20
fanlight set in porch. Cambered brick arches and first-floor flat brick arches
over 16-pane sashes; dentilled eaves. Small mid C20 extension to rear. Interior:
boxed beams; panelled doors set in moulded architraves; plain late C18 fireplace
set in moulded architrave to left.
