Detached farmhouse. Early C19 refronting of C17 building. Ham stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof: brick chimney
stacks. 'L'-plan: two storeys, 4 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes in plain openings; to lower bay 2 a part- glazed door
in open stone porch with Tuscan columns and pilasters, and plain entablature under flat roof. Rear elevation has two
2-light hollow- chamfer mullioned windows at first floor level, and the extension to the rear, also 2-storey, has three
similar 2-light windows, one with lower cill, to upper level; and below a 3-light ovolo-mould mullioned window; all
without labels; brick lean-to building in internal angle. Interior not seen.
