Farmhouse. Dated 1860. Rough-faced ashlar with rusticated ashlar
quoins and dressings; pyramidal slate roof; 4 integral lateral ashlar
stacks, 2 to N.E. and 2 to S.W. sides. Square plan. 2 storeys.
S.E. front has windows; glazing bar sashes with lintels lined as
voussoirs, those to ground floor have straight head moulds; central
panelled door with fluted keystone, oblong over-light and flat hood on
console brackets. N.E. front: irregular fenestration; 2 ground floor
windows, one to left and one to right, 1 first floor window to left of
centre; glazing bar sashes, those to ground floor with straight
dripstones; central Tudor arch doorway with panelled door, sunken spandrels
and straight dripstone. A good example of a substantial mid-C19 farmhouse.
