House. Mid/late C18 and early C19. Regular coursed limestone with concrete tile
roof. Orginally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of casements with glazing
bars under wood lintels. Central 6-panel door with glazed toplights, under wood
lintel with early C20 lattice porch. Brick stack at end. Lean-to extension to
rear. Interior: room to left of entrance has remains of open fireplace with
boxed bressumer. Walls to sides of open fireplace and above bressumer have Delft
tiles, probably reset. Winder stair to right of fireplace. Lean-to to rear has
large stack. Deeds of house date from 1793.
