Late C18/early C19. Painted brick facade with eaves cornice and old slate roof.
Band between 1st and 2nd floors. 3 storeys. 3 windows including blank centre ground
floor. Casements and sashes, some glazing bars remain. Cast iron balcony on large
curved brackets across 1st floor of No 35. C19 shops.

All the listed buildings in Burton Street form a group of which Nos 24 to 36 (even)
are of local interest.
