Early C20. Symmetrical facade (west) of 3 storeys, 5 windows. Blocking course above
a modillion cornice. Rendered upper walling with stone features; quoins, architraves
(eaved to first floor), first floor band, rusticated stonework ground floor with
arches, impost band panels below cills, plinth. Sashes in reveals. The shallow porch
has a cornice and the doorway has a cornice on brackets and architrave; it is tied
vertically to the first floor window (with a pediment) and the second floor window
(with a keystone).
