Terrace. Early C19. Brown brick, stuccoed ground floor. Roof concealed. No 28
facade rebuilt above ground floor level. 3 storeys and basement, each house 2
bays. Round-arched entrances with fanlights. 16-pane sashes. Above, sashes
with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Arrow-head railings to
basement. Forms part of a remarkably complete street of modest early C19 houses.
