Earlier-mid C19 pair of villas (after 1834) in late Georgian style. 2 storeys.
Fenestration; Strathmore, 1;3; Duncliffe 1:1. Each villa with projecting, pedimented
wings; Strathmore with conservatory attached. Welsh slate roofs with moulded, rendered
stacks. stucco fronts with pilaster strips on quoins. Recessed sash windows (Duncliffe
with shutters). Strathmore with 3 bay verandah with balustraded balcony carried
on Ionic columns.
Duncliffe, entrance on south return with side lights, rectangular fanlight and panelled
door. Strathmore, architraved doorway with rectangular fanlight and panelled door.
