A C17-C18 range of timber-framed and plastered cottages with exposed timber-framing. A large C20 block is built on to the north side. William Tabrum was steward to the Lord of the Manor at Champions Hall and records of the house are said to go back to 1689. One storey and attics. Casement windows with lattice leaded lights. Roof tiled, mansard, with three gabled dormers.
