Cross passage house, now divided into 3 cottages. C16, C19 alterations. Roughcast, pantile roofs, 2 brick and single
rendered stacks. Two storeys, 2:2:1 bays, irregular fenestration, predominantly 2-light casements with glazing bars;
remains of leaded lights in window to right of first floor of number 20, further metal casement with leaded lights to
first floor left of number 22, sash window with glazing bars to ground floor of number 22. Door opening to each
cottage, plank doors, those to 22 and 24 with glazed panels. Further door opening to number 22 giving access to a
through-way, plank door; this is postulated as formerly being the cross-passage. Interior of number 24 with a broad
fireplace with a chamfered bressumer; chamfered and stopped lateral ceiling beam. Some remains of C16 roof
construction.
