Terrace. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed, channelled ground floor. 4 storeys and
basement, each house 2 bays except 7-bay return to Clifton Place, 3 bays of which
form No 35 and 4 bays of which, arranged 2:2,form the entrance front of No 18
which has 3 bays to Sussex Place. Doric porch to No 18. Pilastered entrances
with overlights, tripartite sashes, partly replaced. First floor iron balcony.
Sash windows, some with glazing bars, in architraves. Iron basement railings.
