Cottage. Circa 1725 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and
weatherboarded. Red plain tiled gambrel roof. Rear extension. Left and right
red brick chimney stacks. One storey and attics. 4 catslide dormers. Four 2
light small paned casements. Central C20 catslide porch, straight bracket
supports, C20 small paned double doors. 2 red brick fireplaces with iron soffit
ties. Through bracing to walls. Frame exposed internally. At one time a
workhouse.
