GV II

Farmhouse now boarding house. Early C19, with remains of earlier building to
rear, altered. Coursed squared sandstone, slate roof. L-shaped plan, with
double-depth front range. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; 1st floor
band; in the centre a shallow giant round-headed recess; glazed door with
6-pane overlight; 2 windows at ground floor and 3 above, all 12-pane sashes
with modern louvred imitiation shutters; hipped roof with 2 ridge chimneys.
Sides, rear and interior of less interest. Listed for group value.
