House and barn. House, late C17, probably refenestrated mid C19; barn dated
1736. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. House of 2
storeys, 3 bays, lobby-entrance plan; 2-bay barn. Quoins. House: C20 board
door with large lintel cut to a shallow Tudor-style arch to right of centre,
flanked by paired casement windows in sawn-stone surrounds with flat-faced
mullions. First floor, left to right: 2-light, single-light, narrow single-
light, 2-light windows as ground floor. Shaped kneelers, gable coping,
stacks to left end and above door. Rear dairy wing, recessed-chamfered
mullion windows. Barn attached to left: segmental-arched cart entrance on
left with keystone inscribed ' A ';
