Circa 1830. Stucco. A 2-storey building, 3 bays wide with eaves cornice and pediment
over whole width of building. Ground floor slightly advanced. Projecting porch with
fluted Ionic columns in antis. Frieze and cornice over whole ground floor projection
with iron railed parapet.
