(Formerly listed as Farm Building about 20 metres SSW of Headways Farmhouse)

Former granary and stables, converted to cartshed. C18 remodelled in C19. Red brick in English garden wall and other bonds. Weatherboarded north end gable. Plain tile roof with gable end to north and hipped over taller south block with ball finial at apex.

PLAN: square plan putative granary at south end with rectangular stable range to north with later cart entrance inserted into north end wall.

EXTERIOR: east elevation, two storey granary on left with doorway on ground and first floors and stable range slightly advanced on right with small window and blocked doorway. The north side of granary has brick projection at centre of wall up to eaves and west side of granary has blocked left doorway. West wall of former stables has been partly rebuilt in brick. South gable end of former stables has cart entrance on left with timber lintel and left door in weatherboarded gable above.

INTERIOR: stables, now cart-shed has loft over south bay and tall queen-posts supported on floor beam and tied to wall plates; principal rafters with straight collar, trenched purlins and diagonal ridgepiece. Common rafter roof over former granary.
