Early to mid-C19 corner building. Two storeys yellow brick. Parapet and
dentilled cornice. The elevation to Bedford Place has a 3 sash segmental
bow to the ground floor, iron balcony rails and French casement to the first
floor. Three window return elevation to Canton Street with central round-headed
door opening with arched fanlight.
