Rose Vale and The Chimes

C17, with modern extension. 2 storeyed timber-framed structure with projecting
gabled south end, and recent north extension in smatching style. Red tile roof
with half-hips at the north end; between the south gable and the main blocks
the eaves drop to the ground floor entrance to The Chimes. The upper part of
the old frame is exposed, with rendered walling below, the front gable is rough-
cast. Modern casements. Plain doors.
