3/87 Gateway and flanking walls
in Stubton Hall Park

II

Gateway and flanking coursed rubble walls with pantile coping. C17. Limestone
ashlar. Round moulded arch set within a rectangle and flanked by Tuscan
pilasters. Curved duck-billed pediment carved with a rustic bouquet including
a helmet, stylised flowers, a coat of arms, etc. Known to have come from Fenton
Hall.
