House at end of row. Circa 1800. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiled roof between
stepped coped gables; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 3 bays. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered recesses
without labels; 3-light to lower bay 1 and 2-light above; single-light upper bay 2; C20 casement window to lower bay 3:
6-panel door in plain opening under flat stone hood on brackets. East gable has two 3-light mullioned windows with
labels. Interior not seen. House adjoins the rear of No. 17 The Borough (The Milk House, q.v).
