Cottage. Circa mid C19. Local stone rubble ; thatched roof with plain ridge, gabled
at ends ; axial stack in centre with brick shaft.
Single depth plan, 2 rooms wide, the left hand room with a small service room
partitioned off at the front ; left gable end entrance.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front facing the road with the eaves thatch rising
as gables with peaked thatched roofs above the left and right first floor windows ;
2-light casements, 6 panes per light except the first floor window in the centre
which is a C20 casement.
The garden elevation has a plinth casement windows with glazing bars and segmental
brick arches to the ground floor windows. C20 door in gable end with C20 gabled
timber porch.
