basement in ashlar divided by 2-storey pilasters into bays. 5 double-hung sash
windows with glazing bays. Cornice with panelled parapet to centre with curved
ramps. "Tower of the Winds" portico up steps with iron balustrade.
Nurses' House and Garden wall form a group.
