Original house two units with added rear outshut, cottage at right-hand end one unit. All two storeys; house has doorway offset to right of centre, and blocked, a doorway inserted in the window to the left; otherwise, two three-light windows on each floor, all with flat-faced flush mullions and plain surrounds. Quoined vertical joint to cottage on the right, which has a doorway next to this and one window on each floor, the upper of four lights and the lower probably formerly similar but now two square lights, and both with flat-faced flush-mullions and plain surrounds.
