House. Built c1740 with alterations of c1840. Narrow stock-brick building with external
brick chimneystack and mansard slate roof with rendered c1840 front. 2 storeys and attic, 2
windows. Attic has French window. 3-light canted bay with cast iron balcony above and
windows with marginal glazing. Mid-C19 extension of 2 storeys to right with stepped
parapet and sash window approached up a flight of stone steps. Original Georgian doorcase
in passageway behind with decorative fanlight and pilasters and interior features include
original doors, dado panelling and cast iron firegrate.
