A late C18 or early C19 terrace range designed in form of a mansion at
right angles to read. Good design in coursed stone. Three storeys.
Five windows, 1-3-1, to the two upper storeys, all with hung sashes, those
in the centre and at either end of the second storey having three lights.
The centre has no glazing bars, but shaped frames to sashes, Band at
second storey cills. The ground floor has four round-headed windows,
no glazing bars, recessed in semi-circular panels to form a round-headed
arcade with bands joining the arches. Central door to centre block in
painted stone with plain engaged columns, and moulded cornice with a plain
frieze and smaller cornice above. Plain fanlight and door with two vertical
panels. Side blocks have small C19 doors in plain stone cases at either
end.
