Mid C18. Three storeys in painted brick. Plain front with stone capped
parapet. Rusticated quoins. One window, moulded stone surround, hung
sash with glazing bars. Slightly canted sash bay to first floor. Modern
ground floor shop. King Street elevation has long staircase window and
one remaining early C19 doorway with thin pilasters. MMR.
