This was originally a monastic building belonging to Blackfriars Monastery.
A timber-framed building refaced in C17. 2 storeys stuccoed. Old tiled roof
with 1 restored brick stack. 2 mullioned casements with leaded lights. Rainwater
head. Curved brace. Right side doorcase is recessed and has a wooden studded
door. The rear elevation has a gable and is timber-framed.
